Sarah Atcheson is the owner of Beyond Body Holistic Wellness Centre and began her career as a holistically-focused health practitioner in 2008. She is an honours graduate of the Natural Nutrition Program through the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. Sarah attained her certification as a BodyTalk practitioner in 2010, followed by two years of training in the healing art of Reiki, various courses in intuitive development, and most recently, received practitioner training in EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). Sarah has always felt drawn to assist others in self-empowerment. She eagerly continues to further her education in various healing arts and feels passionate about building a community for those seeking and offering holistic healthcare. Sarah is also the sole proprietor and founding artist of Crooked Anchor Transcendental Artistry.

People have many different reasons for seeking help. For most of them, there is a desire to stop hurting. They have done the best they can for as long as they can. I believe in the power within the individual. At your core, you are the person that you have always wanted to be.

Karyn has more than 20 years of clinical experience as a counsellor. She has worked extensively with people who have experienced family, relationship or personal violence, as well as people with mental health concerns; this includes adolescents, adults, and families. Karyn has experience helping people with chronic illness, life threatening disease, and end of life. She assists people through grief, loss, and life transitions. She has also received training in the field of love, sex, and relationships. Karyn provide specialized service to people dealing with issues around their sexuality, gender identity, and relationships.


Karyn has a BA in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Social Work and is registered in the province of Saskatchewan. She is trained in CBT and uses a solution-focused style while integrating other various counselling methods to guide clients in achieving their goals. She operates with respect and non-judgement and provides acceptance for all human struggles.

Dawn Schroeder, RMT

NHPC-Registered Massage Therapist

Dawn graduated from Western College of Remedial Massage Therapy in 2018. During her first year in practice, she worked with the Regina Optimist Dolphins Swim Team and the University of Regina Cougar Swim Team, while also establishing her clinic-based practice. 

Dawn takes pride in her work and appreciates every one of her clients; ensuring they are properly assessed, treated accordingly, respected, and that they leave her treatment room with a smile. Dawn has recently added Jade Stone massage to her list of treatments and is currently working on adding more modalities to her practice. Cupping and sports massage will be added to the services she provides in the near future.

Sarah Sather, B. Kin

Nutritional Health Coach

Sarah Sather is extremely passionate about inspiring others to make healthier lifestyle choices and live life to the fullest. This passion of hers led her to the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) where she earned a certificate as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. 

Sarah has always loved health and fitness, and also holds a Degree in Kinesiology and Health Studies. However, something was always missing with this education, and her experience with IIN helped bring everything together for her in more ways than she ever dreamed possible. Her year with IIN was absolutely transformational. She learned that health is much more than just eating well and exercising. It is about having healthy relationships, social support, a career we love, financial stability, finding time for creativity, and bringing more joy and laughter into our lives. She takes pride in her life experiences that have brought her to this point in life and is honoured to support others to create and embrace the life of their dreams.
