CANCELLATION POLICY:

We request at least 6 business hours' notice of cancellation or need to reschedule. However, we have adjusted our cancellation policy (for in-person sessions only) so you may now cancel without penalty at any point you are experiencing the symptoms of Covid-19 or believe you have been in contact with the coronavirus.


SAFETY MEASURES:

Upon entering the building, you will be asked to sanitize or wash your hands.

As always, all outdoor footwear must be removed.

*Please wear or bring socks, as we ask that you do not enter the wellness centre in bare feet.*


There will be a touchless temperature check and Covid-19 related forms to fill out upon entry to ensure proper screening for symptoms and possible contact.


Please adhere to the physical distancing measures in place.

Masks are not mandatory in our facility. If you desire/require mask use, please consider a virtual appointment, as masks interfere with some of our services.

Please discuss with your practitioner in advance if you require special accommodations.


PAYMENT:

Our credit card & Interac payment system is sanitized between uses.

Cash is still accepted *in the exact purchase amount*. There will be no cash on site to provide change.
